Management of applications for Sexenniums (UPV/EHU)
The purpose of this program is to manage applications for the evaluation of the permanent occupational teaching and research personnel of the UPV/EHU, in accordance with the purpose of the call established annually.

Evaluación de la actividad investigadora – 2022
Resolución de 13 de enero de 2023, del Director de Unibasq, por la que se fija el procedimiento y el plazo de presentación de solicitudes para la convocatoria de evaluación de la actividad investigadora del profesorado contratado de la Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, aprobada mediante acuerdo del 3 de octubre de 2022 del Consejo de Gobierno de Unibasq-Agencia de Calidad del Sistema Universitario Vasco.
El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es del 16 de enero al 6 de febrero (ambos inclusive).

2021 Call
Regarding 2021 call for the evaluation of the research activities of the teaching staff under contract with UPV/EHU (Resolution of 10th January 2022) these are the results rendered:
- Evaluation was requested by 209 people, requiring evaluation for 243 sexennia.
- Of these 209 people who requested evaluation, 40 did not meet the legal requirements established in the call.
- Of these 209 people who requested evaluation 169 met the requirements and go to the CNEAI evaluation process.
- CNEAI evaluated 167 applications for evaluation and 193 sexennia.
The results of the evaluation process are:
- Positive evaluations: 177 sexennia.
- Negative evaluations: 16 sexennia.
- 2 Evaluations are pending.
In the period of filing a replenishment appeal, 2 replenishment appeals are pending.
Ikertramos
Ikertramos is a programme for the evaluation of the research activity orientated to active non-permanet teaching or research staff. To qualify for evaluation a previous consensus, agreement or management trust between Unibasq and the university or research organisation must be reached fot the execution of the call.

Evaluation Committees
The Evaluation Committees must act in accordance with the Unibasq Code of Ethics and Guarantees and with total independence and impartiality.
They will be composed of academics with a proven track record. Each committee shall comprise a majority of academics from universities outside the Basque university system. The members of the evaluation committees are appointed for a three-year period and may not be re-appointed in the three years following the end of their term.
The Committees are organized by fields and areas of knowledge as follows:
1.- Medicine and Health Sciences Committee

De acuerdo a la Ley de Tasas y Precios Públicos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco (Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, modificado por Ley 13/2019, de 27 de diciembre, por la que se aprueban los Presupuestos Generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de Euskadi para el ejercicio de 2020, se establece una tasa de 47,77 euros por la tramitación de la solicitud de evaluación para la acreditación del profesorado.
Para la formalización de la solicitud se incluirá justificante de abono de la tasa, salvo que la propia universidad o centro de investigación haya acordado en el convenio que ha firmado con Unibasq otra forma de remuneración. De ser preceptiva la tasa, su impago supondrá que la evaluación será desfavorable.

Article 22.2 de la Ley 14/2011, of 1 June, of Science, Technology and Innovation, establishes that personnel contracted in accordance to the aforesaid article may, after the completion of the second year of the contract, be subject to evaluation of the research activity carried out.
This procedure is addressed to the staff contracted by a public university, or a research organisation of a Public Administration, different from the Estate General Administration, through which an evaluation can be done referring Article 22 of the Law 14/2011, of 1st June, of Science, Technology and Innovation. For this purpose, a previous a consensus, agreement or management agreement must be reached between Unibasq and the university or research organisation in charge of the calls.

As agreed by the Law of Fees and Public Tariffs of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country (Law Decree 1/2007, modified by Law 13/2019, of 27 December, in which General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Contry are approved for exercise 2020, a fee of 47,77 euros is established for the application for evaluation.
To formalise the application, payment evidence of the fee must be attached, unless the university or research organisation arrange in the signed agreement with Unibasq a different payment procedure. Should the fee be mandatory, non-payment would render the evaluation unfavourable.
