In the exercise of its competences established by Law 13/2012, of 28 June, of Unibasq-Basque University System Quality Agency (in Spanish) and other applicable regulations, Unibasq carries out institutional level evaluations corresponding to calls and applications of various kinds. The ones not included in other sections of the Agency’s website are listed below.
University+Company Quality Recognition or Quality Seal pilot project for the universities of the Basque University System
This pilot project was developed within the context of the II Basque University+Business Strategy 2022-2026, with the main objective of promoting the development of integrative models for relations between universities and businesses, institutions and other entities, all based on the Protocol for the evaluation of the University + Business Quality Seal (Spanish).
To date, two calls for the Recognition or Quality Seal University + Company for the universities of the Basque University System have been developed (one from June 1 to November 30, 2023 and the other from June 1 to November 30, 2024), without any reports or recognitions having been issued in this regard.
Creation, recognition and authorization of universities and university centers.
In accordance with the applicable state and regional regulations, Unibasq carries out evaluations on the creation, recognition and authorization of universities and university centers.
