Complaints and Suggestions
Anyone can present complaints or suggestions regarding the services provided by the Agency. The appeals corresponding to each evaluation process are excluded, which will be managed within the aforementioned processes, the administrative contentious appeals, as well as the claims derived from the infringement of the Code of Ethics and Guarantees.
The form of presentation can be:

- Online form
