Unibasq coordinated the REACU general assembly meeting held online on 23 June. At this meeting, an informative hearing was held on the new regulatory framework for higher arts education, with the participation of Ms Montserrat Grañeras Pastrana, Head of the Arts Education Department of the Secretariat of State for Education and Vocational Training, Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. Among other aspects, a reflection was shared on the draft Royal Decree amending Royal Decree 640/2021, of 27 July, on the creation, recognition and authorisation of universities and university centres, and institutional accreditation of university centres and other related regulations of equal rank.
