ENQA has published information on the public consultation to gather opinions on the draft of the 2027 version of the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG). Contributions can be made via an online form until 9 January 2026.
Following the mandate given at the European Higher Education Area Ministerial Conference in May 2024, the authors of the ESG set up a committee to prepare a new version of the document, which is expected to be approved at the next Ministerial Conference in May 2027.
The committee has now published a complete first draft and is seeking comments from all interested parties.
